DFW Prompt Care PA

This is the worst doctors office that weve ever visited. You provide your insurance and prior medical history weeks before visit and they dont scan it into their records. They charge $450 for a visit which they want payment up front and then expect you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Medical history is reviewed at the visit then a week later we needed a prescription to be refilled but they wont refill prescriptions unless you come back as they want to charge for another visit. You reach out to doctor multiple times but you cant get any response. They also gave no office manager or billing person on site so if you have a question they tell you to call a 3rd party billing company. They have a receptionist whose only response is Ill leave a message for the doctor. If your looking for a practice that cares about their patients this is not the place to go. They only seem interested in billing their patients as much as possible.

I absolutely love Dr. Khan. I had my first visit about 5 years ago and cant imagine going to anyone else. I felt heard and understood for the first time in a long time. He is incredibly intelligent but kind as well. I would recommend him to anyone. Also, Cassandra is the most pleasant and helpful person Ive met. She makes me feel so comfortable and thats so important for a doctors office.

I called today to ask about a business matter and Cassandra answered the phone and by far was one of the most polite people that I have spoken with in a long time. It was very refreshing!

You should not ask a patient to pay for a consultation when the patient is just asking you to correct a letter you initially gave !!! The only thing I am requesting is that my job is asking for detailed reason why I should not take the vaccine before December!! Why should I pay $20 just for a simple correction from the first letter when Dr Uddin already cleared me !! That is a rip off !!! On top of that your employee has the gut to hang up on me !!! This right here is my last visit after being a patient since 2010 !!! SMH !! You should be ashamed !!
