I worked with Preston Garza on my auto policy for my car and for my grandsons who is a student at Texas Tech. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He also saved me quite a bit on my premium.

I've never shopped for insurance before and Preston Garza was amazing at helping me shop for what I needed and what my budget can allow. Preston was knowledgeable and great at explaining things that I didn't know about or didn't understand. I will definitely recommend Goosehead and Preston to friends and family!

I feel like the only time someone takes the time to write a review is when they have had a bad experience. My experience was just the opposite! My agent was fast, courteous and found me better coverage for little money. I have to say, I am very pleased with my experience with Goosehead Forth Worth!

Im not usually one to leave bad reviews, but I did not have a good experience with Goosehead. When I first signed up for a home and auto policy with my agent Silver Burney in 2020, he was super friendly and responsive. However anytime I tried to work with him after that, it was such a pain to even get a response from him. When my policies were up for renewal I tried to work with Silver for several weeks to just reshop my policies for a better rate, but all I got was silence from him. I ended up just calling a different local agency myself and was able to find new policies for about half of what I was paying through Goosehead. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for your insurance needs.
