Me and my friends go to the Snuffers in Highland Village all the time. unfortunately that one is shut down now so we decided to try this one. Eric was a wonderful server and took care of us as soon as we walked in. Food and drinks were great but the service is what sold us the most. this is our new suffers and will be coming back

We have had slow, inattentive service the last 3 times we dined in. We decided to try takeout tonight. The order was 20 minutes later than they said and we were missing a salad. When I called to let them know, they made excuses. If you go, sit in the bar. The bartender hustles and provides great service. The burgers, salad , and onion rings are good. We have been eating here once a week. We wont be going back.

Best onion rings around. Pretty cozy restaurant with great service. Parking: Parking aplenty Kid-friendliness: Decent kids menu.

Let me preface with, we like Snuffers. Its been a go to place for many years. This past year, they came out with a honey hot chicken sandwich. We fell in love with the sandwich. It was bold, spicy sweet flavor, and packed a lot of taste However, this last time, choosing the sandwich, we were sadly disappointed. The chicken, while flavorful was a very thin strip of chicken. The sandwich also did not come with fries. We paid a total 12.50 for the sandwich. Maybe this was a fluke, maybe the chicken distributors are making the breasts thinner? I happen to like larger breasts. Maybe this is this is shrinkflation Whatever the case, quality control out of the kitchen is needed. Charging a premium for a sandwich and producing a thin cut of protein is not something I expected here. Kid-friendliness: Nice booths
