Worst experience ever! The lady over there is really rude and not honest to customers. When we try to return the shipped glasses following all the requirement that on the return policy, she kept saying the scratches that she cannot even point out where it is. And when we want to know more about the reason why she cannot follow the return policy that this company posted online, she threaten us by saying about calling the security guards. I saw several people in the comment area were facing the similar situation. Really shamed on this store that is still opened near our school!

WARNING: you may never be able to return a glass here once you have paid. We purchased a sunglass that is shipped to us several days ago. My girlfriend tried it for a while and felt it wears differently compared to the ones we tried in the store and it is uncomfortable. So we go to the store and want to return it. However, the lady kept saying that the sunglass is worn and even blames us, saying that there is an issue in the frame so it can not be returned (this could be the reason for why it is not comfortable to wear). At that time I realized that it could be a defective product with frame issues. I explained that we just received this sunglass like this and this could be a defect product so we request for returning. The lady rejected the request and kept saying that we are responsible for the frame issue. She just gave us a customer service number that no one answered because today is Saturday. I was never told that I can not return if it has been worn (how can you tell a sunglass has issues without wearing it?) I was surprised that I was blamed for breaking the frame even it should be just like this when we received it and we just kept it for several days. I have contacted the credit card company and dispute for the charge. Hopefully, I can get my money back.

I had an amazing experience at Sunglass Hut and the manager she served me with excellence. She still made sure I was taken care care of while dealing with a RUDE married couple who was being very mean to her and the associate that was working that day. They made my day and my glasses are simply fabulous darlings!!!!!! I will be shopping there again.
