        Dr Peterson is great but he is very busy which I can understand. He did a great job on my carpal tunnel surgery. The office staff on the other hand is very frustrating. In addition to everything else, I called today at 4:45 pm to make an appointment and got the answering service. I thought they were open until 5:00. The answering service said they are but sometimes transfer the phones early. What? I just need to make an appointment which would only take a couple minutes and they basically closed 15 min early.

        Dr. Peterson is very professional and is good with his patients, but the wait time is always terrible! Weve been here three times now and we wait one hour to get back and another 20 minutes in the room. The check-in staff is very curt and unfriendly.
