        My counselor at CAPS, Dr. C., was so helpful and impactful on my mental health journey. CAPS offers individual, group, and crisis counseling as well as workshops, seminars, and an overnight hotline called HelpLine. Everything is free for students. Don't be deterred by these negative reviews. CAPS isn't perfect, butI had such a positive experience and I hope other students benefit in the way that I did.

        I am so disappointed in this facility and the work that they DO NOT DO!!!!!!!! I suffer from various mental illnesses that I rather not air out but this is not the place to get any type of good customer service or assistance. Not only are they not very accommodating in general but the moving of the facility, and the re-moving of the facility really has been very inconvenient. I will probably update this post if my experience with the establishment changes but I do not foresee that happening.
