I had been going to the womens health center for a couple years to get the depo shot, and they were great since I had the shot prescribed from my doctor back home, so they just had to administer it. However, this year I decided I wanted to switch over to an IUD, so the people at Beutal said that it would take a few weeks for them to order it and arrive. Anyways, I waited weeks to basically be told that the providers dont work with my insurance and that I would have to pay $800 out of pocket for the IUD or go somewhere else. This was frustrating because after I waited weeks for Beutal to unsuccessfully try and get the IUD, I went to a OBGYN in town and got the procedure done the same day I called. Decent clinic for administering something prescribed from a different doctor or a flu shot or something, but dont waste your time if you expect your insurance to cover something.

If you are more than 3 minutes late they will refuse care, no wiggle room even if you have the flu and its an 8 am.

I would NOT recommend going here unless you are in dire need and cant get to another clinic. The nurse, an older, bigger, white lady that took my information told me to choose what ailment was most important to me because I only had 15 minutes to talk the Dr. I am not a crier, but it made me cry because I needed my concerns addressed. She did not care one bit and continued on. She does not need to be working with people. She is careless and not sympathetic to patients. She clearly does not care about humanity or what people may be experiencing. I would never want a person like her working with patients at my clinic. As long as she works there, I will never return. I would suggest you look up primary care physicians in the area and go there.
