The Owner is there most of the time! And he blends in with the rest of the team and work in the front area, i hardly see him not there assisting customers, he will come out on the other side of the counter to greet customers when he is not busy - very humble and kind. He goes above and beyond to help. I have been doing business since 2001.

Jaime is AWESOME! He helped me when I inquired about selling a ring, and was highly professional but also down-to-earth and friendly. I went back when I damaged the face of my Fossil watch, which I've been wearing for many years and wasn't ready to part with. I thought it was hopeless, but for $30, Jaime easily replaced the face, then steam cleaned the watch for me. They have beautiful wedding rings. Great customer service and friendly staff. I just recently started using Davids as my trusted jewelry store and have already experienced almost all of the services they offer! Jaime was able to provide me with appraisals for insurance purposes, Noah assisted me with the selling of some family coins and jewelry and David, along with every other member of the team, have treated me with the utmost care and professionalism! It is hard to find people that you can trust when dealing with jewelry and I left each time feeling like I was treated very fairly! I will be a lifelong customer!
