If it was possible to leave a minus star I would. This insurance agency sold us a policy that I have been informed by my doctors to pay out of pocket for their services since it would be cheaper on me than filing on the insurance. They refuse to offer support to get out of this policy of which Humana still has them listed as agent representing me and my company. Bryan P Brown emailed me directly stating "We are no longer representing you or your company." yet they still receive compensation from Humana for being our "agent". I will be filing a formal complaint with the Texas Insurance Board as I don't think they should be able to get away with shafting people. Avoid this company like the plague!
