        Breanna was phenomenal!!! We walked in and informed her that we had a child with a nut allergy. She immediately let us know of the process and that she would get fresh utensils and ice cream from the back. We have been to a ton of ice cream places and this was the first one to go above and beyond. Thank you so much for making it easy for us to enjoy a nice ice cream.

        Earwigs! They were crawling all over the ice cream. Edit for owner: I took my girlfriend and walked out before taking a picture, but Kian was standing right next to it. Very unprofessional response. Maybe start with an apology. I worked in ice cream for five years, I know how it goes. Instead of defending yourself online, you have pest control come in.

        Nasty female made my order. They ran out of an item but already charged me and didn't want to make me something in its place. Like, I am supposed to just give up my $9.50 and get nothing? Manager finally came out and took care of it. This person should not be working with people if she is so unhappy.

      Elyot. There are no bugs anywhere in the store and I can provide proof of that from a service I pay that makes sure we don't have pests. I have contacted the employees who were on schedule and they have not seen anything you're alleging. Perhaps you need to provide proof of this allegation or make sure you're reviewing the correct business.
