        The haircut is fine, but Im a little annoyed that they took away just the haircut option and make everybody get the higher priced MVP service. Typically I just want a haircut for the cheaper price, but they dont offer it anymore. Seems like the wait times are longer than before because I think more people are doing the shampoo part because they are having the pay for it. So you can check in online to save some time, but you still may have to wait 20-30 minutes if one person is ahead of you and they do the shampoo.
