        I specifically asked for my technician but I'm thinking maybe I had the wrong person because she was rude to me and when I asked her to thin my hair to the EXTREME she clipped it 3 times with the thinning shears and left the cut hair in my whatever you call this mop on my head. I baby do anything with it!! It's worse than EVER!!
