Late review on my part but Ive only recently had time to leave it. I went to Dr. Ragupathi around two years ago now with a mysterious stomach issue that followed the onset of food poisoning. The receptionist was rude, as other people said, enough to where I still remember it two years later! Dr. Ragupathi himself was nice, but didnt take me seriously in the slightest. I was essentially told (in other words, obviously) that it was all in my head and to just eat what I want. Symptoms or pain be damned. Two years later. I am still sick, thanks to doctors, like this one, who brushed me aside and did nothing.

The worst Dr. Ever I stood there for a long time, like I was not even there. I didnt get seen by the Dr and I will never come here again. If I could I would put zero stars.

After having gone to a couple of Dr's and had multiple different types of scans done my regular practitioner recommended I see Dr. Ragupathi for a more thorough, internal exam after over a years worth of tests. On my initial visit we discussed symptoms and he zeroed in on the one thing I was doing to alleviate the pain that I expressed over and over again to other doctors as a reason he did not think it was an internal issue and suggested I take some type of anti inflammatory for what he suspected was musculoskeletal pain. Given every doctor pointed to internal issues I had not ever tried that and it was never suggested. All I will say is he was right, Aleve helped immensely. It seems increasingly doctors will direct lots of expensive tests to be performed and prescribe pills and move on to the next patient. I am happy to have a doctor who thinks and makes recommendations that don't break the bank before immediately asking me to spend thousands for unnecessary tests.

Horrible office, told me I was young and to eat my fiber, did not even do a proper exam on me. It's two years later and fiber hasn't done anything. Also they charge like crazy to get patient records

Dr was rude and would not listen to me, kept talking over me, just rudely called me fat and told me I was fine (despite not having my previous records or surgery records where I had organs removed). 2 weeks later I'm in the ER with gastro issues. Thanks
