Generator Supercenter of College Station

Buyer BEWARE! This company will take your money then you wont hear from them again. The date they gave me for installation came and went with NO contact until I initiated it. The office staff at this company is among the worst Ive seen anywhere - unorganized and uncommunicative. They mailed me a check made out to someone who was not me and for FAR less than they owed me. I promptly sent it back to them and let them know. I still dont have my actual money back. Run away as fast as you can!

Service is extremely slow. When it works it is wonderful, but when service is needed they are terrible. Today my ac was not cooling, had a company out, told it was due to generac module installed by ac unit, no power coming out of module. Generator supercenter has No technician available for 7 days from Generator Supercenter, meaning no ac for a week. Service is extremely slow

We purchased our generator from Generator Supercenter via Costco. The team did a great job from start to finish. They gave us a detailed quote that clearly outlined all of the Costco rebates. They were very responsive to our inquiries. The generator, transfer switch, and load shedding modules were all nicely installed on their scheduled date. The post-installation follow-up was very good. The generator monitoring app works very well, but I did have to chat with Generac support to update the MAC address on their server so the generator could connect. The app has been solid since then. They did a test run was done when they setup they generator, and it does a great job keeping our house powered up.
