        If I could give one star I would. Cole was extremely unprofessional with me. He got loud and walked away from me. Refused to help me. Refuse to answer my questions. He couldnt even do a simple thing like get the manager to figure out My account issues. I am a new customer. I purchased services for my jaguar. I have an account online. I showed him it and he said he couldnt find it and that he couldnt give me a refund for what I paid even though I was able to pull up my account online. When I ansked for his name he continued to walk away. He made such a big scene with me that even his colleague stopped him and told him to get a manager. Absolute worst customer service Ive ever had. This is why I choose Verizon for my five lines and I wouldve chose them for my car too if they were serviceable but now I know Im going use T-Mobile for my car.
