Whether it's assisting with maintenance issues or providing helpful advice, she consistently goes out of her way to ensure that residents feel heard and supported. In addition to her excellent customer service skills, Marilynn's attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving have not gone unnoticed. She consistently strives to make improvements wherever possible, creating a more positive living environment for everyone.

Horrible customer service no accountability. I wish there is a 0 star. I have emails of false promises 01/05- No it is not rectified...it is established on our call. I still need a breakdown of the credit and late payments and other unnecessary charges reversed. To contact you manager I have to send an email and set up a time? After I called so many times with my problems explaining the same thing numerous times to numerous people? I will be contacting your senior management at Scion and see if this is how they want to run their business. I will post here when my dispute fully gets resolved. 01/13- I emailed the founders and regional VPs hoping I would get a better response. I dont owe you $1600
