I usually do not write reviews, but I had to for Ethan and myBEAR Mechanical. A few weeks ago the A/C was creeping up rather quickly and ended up getting to 84 in the house. I called the property management and they said Ethan would be calling me within the hour. Sure enough, I received a call and Ethan was there in 30 minutes. He apologized for "taking so long" but I was impressed with his urgency. It took him less than 10 minutes to figure out the issue and replace the part. He also recharged the system and cleaned the coils as a basic service! The house started to cool down and stayed cool, even cooler honestly. Ethan was a wonderful guy to talk to while we waited and just an all around great guy! If you need ANY HVAC work done, seriously, call myBEAR Mechanical!!
