I reached out to the Hotel Solutions team needing strategic guidance and support for a growing portfolio of hotels. I came out of our initial meeting equipped with a much better understanding of the accounting process for hotels and the value of hotel specific accounting software. Though we have not formally signed up with Hotel Solutions, we have taken advantage of the excellent training materials and resources they provide, both through their website and on youtube. Katie was also kind enough to jump on a call with our accountant and provided invaluable guidance to help us chart the best path forward for our organization. If an accounting need arises in the future Hotel Solutions will be my first call as a trusted industry partner.

The team is very responsive to both our corporate and on property employees. When our Company Controller gave notice, we started looking at other / better ways to organize our company and keep things going forward. As a small Hotel Management company, one of the greatest advantages of partnering with Hotel Solutions is not having to worry about having all our expertise in one person's and having solid backup. We've been very happy with how quickly Hotel Solutions has been able to get up to speed with our operation. They know so much and are able to quickly adopt to every situation, make recommendations and changes to our system, etc.

We are about 7 months in working with Hotel Solutions. We had historically handled all of our own hotel accounting but had experienced both a growing hotel portfolio and shrinking accounting team. We decided to partner with Hotel Solutions as a way forward. We are very glad we did HS offers strong procedures and protocols, great communication, training aids and terrific documentation and attention to detail. Everyone weve interacted with is knowledgeable, very professional yet friendly and approachable. Although we dont yet have year-end experience with HS, we expect they will provide solid, clear support for our outside tax prep team. We highly recommend the Hotel Solutions team!

We've been using Hotel Solutions for 5+ years and they have been fantastic to work with! Clear and consistent communication, on time reports, and very professional! As we continue to grow, we will continue using them for our accounting needs.
