At first I really liked using this place as they accept fedex and ups. However I'm now beginning to highly dislike them. It seems as if it's always a hit and miss of rather they're actually open or not. Their hours are listed on their door but apparently they don't go by them. Example: it's 4pm right now and they're closed. 3 of us customers all walked up to the doors being locked. This happens so often how to where they close at 3pm or 4pm or maybe never opened that day to begin with. I don't know how you're going to keep a business going if the customers can't rely on something as simple as the business hours.

I rarely write reviews. However, when businesses go above and beyond, I feel obligated. This has nothing to do with goods. This is for their customer service. I needed to next air my mother's medicine she left behind. Regrettably, the UPS delivery was delayed b/c of weather in transit. I called GP for a refund; they informed me they would need to file a claim with UPS & they would call me back. I had no faith any of that was going to happen. Guess what, GP did call me back and said UPS would partially refund me back. Guess further, GP not only refunded the partial amount, but the full amount as well. That's service! Thank you GP!
