Buying a home can be a daunting process even for someone who has bought one before--like myself. Processes and requirements for getting a mortgage change with time, but with Anna, it all felt seamless. I had with her someone I could trust, someone who was responsive to my questions and requests, and that is what I needed. Anna guided my fianc and I through our first time home buyer experience. I wish I could give her more than five stars because of her promptness, willing to communicate whenever a question came about, and the care and time she put into making sure we felt comfortable through the whole process. Anna is literally the best. I cant express how much of a life saver she was for myself and my husband. We are first time home buyers and she literally broke everything down for us. She worked after hours, didnt mind texting us if we were unavailable to talk, and the list goes on. Let me not forget to mention how she is such a breath of fresh air. In the middle of madness, she reassured us and promised us we were in good hands when times got tough.She has been such a blessing to my family and I. Anna is at the top of our list of preferred lenders. She's gone above and beyond for all our clients and truly is an amazing loan officer\processor. she's extremely thorough and is the greatest of all time. If you can't get a loan with her it's hard to find another lender who would fund so always check with her first.
