      The work we performed was the work previously mentioned throughout messages that both parties agreed upon. We were very clear as to how the material was going to work for your situation, in the assessment we even recommended a drain for your specific problem but was denied since you preferred a walkway instead & that was installed like every other walkways we’ve installed.
