Had a pleasant stay, staff very friendly and rooms are clean. You have Buc-ees and Walmart right there so you can gas up and hit the highway again.

I been stating at this BW for over 2 years maybe10 times a year dealing with my chemo therapy and radiation therapy in Houston cancer center. I fly in from Seattle and the staff is very nice. But when there were a death in my family i had to leave earlier than my stay should of been. I told the staff of my situation that i need to leave early and instead of refunding me the extra 2 days i didnt use they said if they refund for those 2 days, they would have to charge me the going rate for ten days instead of the original price i was given for the last 2 years. I couldnt beleive it! I was so humilated and dissapointed that i been stating in this hotel and very loyal to this hotel, that i am being punished for leaving early of the days i paid for. I THOUGHT THE CUSTOMERS LOYALTY WAS GOLDEN WHEN YOU ARE LOYAL TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS?? Apparently not, because instead of being understanding of the death in my family, they did not want to offer my refund but keeping it and putting the screws to a loyal customer!! Very eye opening i might say. Well i have over 7600 followers and they read all my reviews and they see how positive and encouraging to the business i am loyal to but it looks like my next stay in Houston for my treatments will be at another hotel and NOT at Best Western Cleveland Inn & Suites. Very sad...
