New U Dentures and Implants

I hate changing a good review to a negative review! I worked for this dr for a couple of months and it was enough to make we never want to work in any type of Dr office again! Dr. Guillory is a nice man when you are paying him in cash until he gets your cash. Then you will get the run around for months and months. I apologize to everyone I lied to saying he was doing your prior authorization because he doesnt. I learned so much in my short time there about how insurance works and was doing my best to help him to get talked down to and told I wasnt doing my job. This man cant even recall what labs he sends patients cases to. The reason everyone keeps having to come back in and get more impressions is because they are so poorly packed the chance of them making it to the lab correctly is slim. I have had to chase him for every paycheck I honestly couldnt tell you if any of them was right because I could never get him to tell me what days fell into what pay period. When I walked out he told me he wanted me to return my dentures and now wont send me my last check. So so sad Not to mention my bottom dentures do not fit at all and the top are lose and he told me he couldnt do anything about it. I. called the lab myself and found out that we all have a 3 year warranty yet he charges people hundreds of dollars for a warranty. I am currently ashamed that I worked there however brief it was. Shame on you Mark Guillory this is not how a Christian man treats people
