        I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 20 years and dealt with several branches. This branch is the most helpful and efficient I have experienced. Have never had a long wait in the commercial or ATM lane. I make appointments online, and have never been kept waiting. The bankers have always been super nice, going above and beyond. Its sad to read the negative reviews of folks who, for example, had to wait 7 minutes in the drive through, and run to leave one star. If you want to experience a bad time at a bank, go into Houston. Then youll recognize how nice this branch is.

        Can this branch be any slower? I have 11 years of banking experience and it has NEVER taken me 10 minutes to process ONE transaction. Every time I use this branches drive through the wait is beyond ridiculous.
