There are 2 buildings side by side owned by two different people. The corner APARTMENTS are $100 less than the one next to them but has the same amenities. Mostly quiet and a close knitted family that surrounds them.
The manager/owner of 700 Lyle West takes his property from inside to outward serious when it comes to presentation. He works very hard on the upkeep. The complex has one name: FALLOW APARTMENTS which is situated on the Southside street next to driveway.
I suggest never give "cash" even if you trust the person collecting. They tend to forget to update paperwork and it could cost you.
Friendliness is what you will be surrounded with. Very helpful people. Across from the apartments, lives a very healthy man that is always busy around the property. If he sees a need, he will try to help. I think he's one if the hardest working men in the city of Cleveland. I applaud him and the many people that I've met while living here.
