        DO NOT MOVE HERE. They do not care about you at all you are just money to them. I currently live in a 2 bedroom apartment ALONE, because I was with my mom but she passed earlier this year and they still make me pay the same amount of rent. They did not care one bit about my situation. Instead of being accommodating and compassionate, they continue to make life so much more difficult. Expect a package thief every few months, front office not caring about any request, and the gate being broken every other day. Also they won't let me out of the lease unless I pay 3k LOL.

        I have lived in the Beautiful Trophy Oaks over a year. Cindy Ortiz was first person I met and showcased apartment. She has excellent interpersonal skill and so delightful. She takes the time with you and address any concerns always. She and Lali are truly amazing and make my stay here absolutely great.

        They kept my daughters security deposit even after she had a professional cleaning service come in and clean. They really try to stick it to you after you move out.
