This company just replaced my water heater through AHS. Had a great experience with Ariel and William during the installation. Speaking with the office directly was not a problem, and they explained the charges to me simply, even working with me on some. 10/10 would call again.

0 STARS--DO. NOT. USE!!! RUN. FAR. FAR. AWAY!!! They are only in business as American Home Shield's flunkie. Gina, the owner, does EVERYTHING possible to avoid any accountability, has the worst communication possible, and will try to make you feel like YOU work for and answer to them and not the other way around. She will claim to be "offended" when you hold them to their inadequacy. Gina will give you nothing but excuses and completely disregard your legitimate complaints and claim that you are just not being "professional." I have had to hound them for two weeks for: 1) photos taken by the plumber so I could get a second opinion, 2) updates on when the ordered part arrived, and 3) confirmation on a scheduling an appointment. Even after explaining that I am a caregiver for an elder with cancer, but being without running water was something they could absolutely care less about because they didn't opt for expedited shipping for the part when they could've. So for TWO WEEKS we had to throttle the house main water line whenever we needed to cook or bathe while Gina and her staff twiddled their thumbs. Infinity Plumbing tells you in their voicemail greeting that you can leave a text message if they do not answer the phone. And then when you leave a text message and they don't respond for days they will tell you that you should've left a voicemail message. Whenever I left text messages [my preference since things are in writing, succinct, clear and documented], I usually had to follow up with a "HELLO???" the following day. Apparently this hurt Gina's feelings because she called it sarcasm, said that they get hundreds of texts a day, and that I should've left a voicemail instead. Because we all work for Gina and not the other way around. And when you reach your limit with this circular logic of nonsense, she will say that she is "not the contractor for you"--provoke you to use choice words to express your absolute and extreme frustration--and then claim that SHE was victimized by you!!! And finally, after posting my review on Nextdoor, fellow locals confirmed that she has a self-serving and greedy reputation, and has been known to work illegally without a master plumber on staff. Leave this cabrona alone and find another company.

Contracted through American Home Shield; no initial call, no callback to our calls and email, waited for a response most of the weekend for a rapidly declining issue only to find that Google says theyre temporarily closed No communication at all. Canceled the service request altogether and called a competent, responsive business.

From the plumbers to the the office staff everybody we dealt with at Inifinty Plumbing of Cibolo were helpful and polite. They were great. The master plumber that came out to reapir our in-wall leaks was concientious, efficient and totally professional. He went the extra mile to guarantee that we had fully functional water before he left. We have total confidence in the repairs he made. The The value and the quality of the work was great. If we have plumbing issues in the future, we will call Infinity Plumbing.
