Friendly and fun staff with a very clean environment! Chanelle was the dental hygienist who performed the cleaning and X-rays - phenomenal job! Very happy with the results and highly recommend BVDC!

They were all very nice and professional. The extractions of 6 teeth went smoothly. Now I am healing and waiting to get dentures.

The front desk, hygienist, and assistants are all so nice. Its very affordable with insurance. However, I felt the doctor who worked on my teeth was extremely rough. It felt intentional. I have been going to the dentist since I was 14. Ive had fillings, root canals, my right wisdom teeth pulled, and an implant. And I have never experienced anything like what I experienced today. At first it was just her pressing my lip in to my teeth roughly and knocking my teeth with her metal instruments. Then she started leaning on my face and not only pushed my cheek back but squeezed it so hard it felt like it was as hard as she could and was extremely painful(the most painful part of the entire procedure). I think she was mad I didn't want to get my left wisdom teeth pulled. Her assistant left for a moment and I was honestly fearful she was going to cause more pain with no one watching. Im a passive person I did tell her it hurt and she lightened up but did not stop being aggressive. Updated. Was billed an additional $90 on top of a very traumatic experience.
