Ive been to Tristan twice and Ive already noticed significant changes in my body. I had not felt relief in a while and I felt my most relaxed self after yesterdays session. Acupuncture is wonderful and Tristan is highly knowledgeable and informative. I truly feel like Im finally on the right road to recovery. Thank you Tristan and staff.

Eileen has changed MY LIFE. I was diagnosed with RA and Fibromyalgia 3 years ago this month and had been on the literal struggle bus. The bus had broken down and I strongly considered (multiple times) of driving the bus off the road. In the beginning there were days where I had trouble walking, holding things doing things everything. Work was hard and I work from home. Taking care of the family and house some days I just couldnt. My rheumatologist put me in all the meds, steroids got me moving again, and finally settled on Humira and a few other meds. I hated the shot. I read about all the meds and dreaded life. Dreaded the headaches, and all the other side effects that come with all the medication. I started reading and realized a lot of my pain was attributed to what I was putting in my body. So we made changes, so many changes. Not all at once, because thats not the right way to stick with anything and I needed this to be my forever. Lost 60 lbs, got my joint pain under control, but I still hurt and was just so so tired. My husband tried to get me to try acupuncture years ago and I said no. I dont do needles. I ABSOLUTELY do not do needles. Years later I said no because I did not want to put myself through the abuse. I hurt, why would I go let someone hurt me more? Chiro and massages were so painful. Needles? Seriously no. Then I found Hope and Healing and Eileen. First visit, she listened and I felt seen, HEARD. She knew her stuff. She said she would try, told me the benefits, and left it up to me. I did it. I survived, and I am so so much better for it. For the first time in 3 years, I am pain free. Today I have been pain free for over a week. Eileen is a gift, what she can do is a gift and I hope others take the chance for themselves and their loved ones to just try. Whats the alternative?? Same old painful existence that is just no way to live. I am living proof!
