        For the first time in my life I found myself in need of an attorney after a bad car accident. I was hit by a lady that ran a red light and totaled my car as well as caused me some painful injuries. When I called the insurance company to find out how they were going to help me I kept getting voicemails without a return phone call.         I was injured after being rear ended while at a stop light and the other insurance agent was being deceitful. I contacted Smith and Hassler. Mr. Carter called me back immediately to discuss my case. I'm so happy I hired him. I got medical treatment and was able to start recovery without worry. He was always honest with me and answered all my questions. I was kept updated by emails from Abigail but was always able to talk to Mr. Carter anytime I needed to. I got back all the days of work I missed and more. I can't thank them enough for all their help.
