Be ready to hear from the IRS and Better Business Bureau. They do not give you receipts after saying they will give them To you, they also are very inappropriate with management bursting in the dverse of the paying customer servicearns, the female manager seems more like a madame, a brothen, a manager. Definitely. Will not come back here and we'll let everyone hear About this one time it all went down on the worst side of town at one of the worst locations I have ever been at. Room was decent and good size. But the management experienced as well as the constant noise. At night it's not worth even the one starred. My kids may go without my food stamps now because. I had to turn in a receipt and the madame refused to give me one even after asking. Definitely do think a operations team needs to go on here or something needs to cmaybe, ownership or management.

We arrived at the Deluxe Inn & Suites Hotel around noon on Sunday, April 21st, 2024. While trying to book a room we had to knock repeatedly on the glass in order to get assistance. There was a sign that stated, "Ring bell for assistance", but the bell had been removed. After we paid for the room and I recieved the room number/key, we proceeded to drive around the parking lot to locate our room. Before we made it to our room, we had already witnessed an apparent drug deal and we had been approached by the local sex workers. The first thing we noticed regarding the room was that the window screens had been ripped off the windows. Upon entering the room, we could see that the door had previously been kicked in as the door trim was broken off and missing. The door was barely holding itself shut. The security guard door buckle mechanism was missing the part that is screwed into the door in order to keep the door from being fully opened from the outside. The floor hadn't been vacuumed. The AC unit had to be plugged in to turn on and unplugged to turn off. None of the buttons on the unit worked. This means that the heater, nor the fan could be used along with the temperature adjustment settings. There was a vanity or dresser mirror sitting on the ground with what appeared to be traces of drug residue. The bed was covered in glitter and had a fresh semen stain on the comforter. The sheets were covered in many variations of stains and there was only one, heavily used, flat pillow for a king sized bed. This particular room included a mini kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, an "over-the-range" microwave, sink, and refrigerator. However, the stovetop could not be used as the microwave was just sitting on top of the stovetop making it inaccessible. It seemed that the microwave was too big to fit over the stovetop. Once I finally made my way to the bathroom, it was even more clear that noone had even attempted to clean this room. The toilet was dirty, the hotel provided soaps were half used, the toilet paper roll had been removed from the holder leading to multiple different stains on each end, the washcloths had fresh make up stains among other stains, and the hair dryer looked as if it had previously caught fire or got too hot during one the the previous uses. There were many questionable stains and markings throughout the entire room. When management was informed of the state the room was in, the man quickly said, "You paid for a clean room. If it is not clean, than we will clean it!" According to management, housekeeping had been informed and instructed to go back and clean our room. This was NEVER done. In fact, housekeeping instructed us to bring them the dirty bed linens and towels to which were never replaced. I noticed that housekeeping had our room number 123 marked off on their list of rooms to clean as if they had already cleaned it. After hours of waiting for fresh bed linens and clean towels, I finally grabbed fresh linens and clean towels from the open storage room that did NOT have any signs or verbiage stating "Employees Only" or "Do Not Enter". Shortly after I grabbed everything that should have already been provided in our room, management entered the room and without any warning or attempt to civilly handle the situation, he proceeded to angrily scream at me and threaten to call the police. I tried to explain that the maid service wasnt doing their job and I only got the exact number of items that are typically provided per each room. As he continues to yell obscenely at me, I then asked for a refund as to which he replied, "You will get no refund!" Needless to say, this was the most disgusting and horrific experience that I have ever had to endure at a hotel/motel and I have stayed at a few questionable places.
