        My best friend had lightning hit and kill the tree in the front yard. After several fines from the H.O.A they are forcing him to buy a tree that costs around $1500.00 to $2000.00 let alone grinding out the old tree stump and a front yard tree only covers the beauty of these homes plus destroys your sprinkler system which costs even more money. For that reason I decided to buy elsewhere. Money hungry Association with nothing better to do than take hard working people's money when we are in a major recession. Beautiful addition but come on give me a break.

        This place is very unprofessional even with there public pool.. cant let my Certain people that live in Carter Ranch swim there because of their age Im disappointed that you need an 18-year-old
