Unprofessional, not helpful, condescending, horrible! I spent $800 and by the time I was done I was so pissed I decided to return everything. The management is literally ridiculous. I will never ever ever buy anything from this location, ever! The store in Harker Heights is so much more respectful and accommodating, even if you don't need anything, they're just very nice. I will NEVER buy anything from this particular Victoria's Secret! Screw all of you!

I have been a loyal VS customer for decades and it seems that they are running this brand into the ground. I am an older woman who likes cute, sexy undergarments but the quality of products and the lack of choices continues to decline. On top of that this particular store seems like they had half of their typical inventory and hardly any medium sizes. I required help during this visit and had to go search out an employee. The one I found was not very helpful, put me in a changing room and left. I waited in there for about five minutes with the HELP light on when I finally gave up waiting and left. I most likely will not go back to this location again and continue to shop online. I really hope they change the direction of their company. Im disappointed that after all these years, I may have to switch to another brand.
