        Falcon Point Roofing did an exceptional job on my roof. Andres and Justin were always on hand to answer all questions that I had. Bad weather (rain) disrupted the original date of the roof replacement which Andres quickly rescheduled. It took them almost 2 days to complete the work, but by the time they were done the roof looked beautiful from the drone picture that they took and shared with me. Andres and Justin worked with me to ensure that my Insurance company were fully involved in the process from the beginning to the end. If your roof needs replacement, do not look anywhere else, give Falcon Point Roofing a call today and you will definitely not regret it!!!

        I have been in customer service for 40 years and it is rare that I find someone that has superior customer service skills. Justin Jackson with Falcon Point Roofing has done just that. When my insurance company denied the hail damage he went to bat and proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that there was in fact heavy damage from the recent hail storm. He convinced them that the roof needed replacement. Then he kept me informed thru the entire process and was available 24/7 for questions. They also power washed the driveway and gave us a nice gift when the job was complete. I am very impressed with how Falcon Point Roofing and Justin do business and I suggest you consider them if you ever need roofing help.
