Natural Pawz Cedar Park

Weve been getting our fur babies food & treats from the Lakeline location for 4 Years. The staff earned our loyalty early on with their knowledge and positive energy. My dogs are out of food & Im running a bit late after work I call Brad and he will keep the door open for me. Brad is always keeping me updated on sales, awesome new products & if Ive received any $$ saving rewards. Thanks for all the years of quality service.

5++ stars for this location in Cedar Park. Brad, the store manager has always been so kind and helpful during each of my visits to this location. He gives knowledgeable and great advice- he knows his store well. Brad upholds the best customer service in even the messiest situations!! Not to mention this store has the best and highest quality products!!

We are first-time dog owners, and Natural Pawz has become a regular stop with our pup. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and have gotten us off to a great start. Whenever we have questions about treats, food, or toys they've helped us make selections perfect for our dog. They always have specials and sales on treats, chew sticks, and other dog goodies.

If you want veterinarian-level knowledge, and the personable and genuine kindness from employees that you dont see in many retail stores these days, visit Brad at Natural Pawz. His knowledge transcends every dog owners knowledge that Ive come across. The other manager that I met, Jana, was equally knowledgeable and even stated training my puppy while I walked around the store! Honestly, if youre looking for an incredible pet store for your pet, look no further than this store; the staff here are annazing and their product-selection is great (way better and more unique than Petsmart).
