I have had the pleasure to work with Sheri McKim, a few times now and every time she has not disappointed! Her communication, transparency, and experience gives the buyer, and even the seller the ability to be put at ease through the escrow process! Giving weekly updates and not waiting to the last minute to bring up an issue (if there is). In my experience she is always a head of time and ready to get the file from day one of execution to the closing table ahead of schedule. Definitely recommend if youre looking to purchase or refi.
