        On this date 11-7-23 everything started with the Elder Mitsubishi service department, a couple of weeks ago I thought it was all over but no, after washing my car I realized that they accidentally painted my hood and a tire and rim, this place where they sent my car to be painted which does a terrible paint job since I returned my car multiple times because they didn't do a good job. They also used my car as a personal vehicle to go get food and left their purchase receipt in the car, They replaced my car door now I have a defective car, bad paint, they painted the door panel the door seals, they put miles on my car I have to continue making payments to the bank for a car that Elder Mitsubishi damaged, ask to the sales department if they could keep that car and give me another one and they told me no, they told me that I had to give tradein and be left with a negative value due to the depreciation of the car and buy another one, I hope someone Elder Mitsubishi can help me, I'm already tired of this situation
