Terrible experience and communication. My auto policy was cancelled without my knowledge and when I called to reinstate, they refused because of a lapse that was their fault. Do not use this company!

I am actually a client even though I am indeed family. I was able to switch from Farmer's and get lower rates with all of my policies - home, auto, boat and umbrella coverage.

The Allstate Branch you own, the ADT Security Branch and you used to own Goodwin & Co, the HOA. I am under contract for a new home, and Ive learned my data was given to both of your vendor companies courtesy of your previous HOA sharing the title company data. Ive not given consent! Insurance has high ethical standards that youve completely destroyed with your greed and lack integrity. Ive reached out to you personally, no response. Ive also spoken to several at Goodwin & Co. The CEO Chris stated he would speak to you directly about soliciting a future resident of the HOA. Warning any insurance agent who conducts business in this manner will have consequences! Go anywhere but here!! You cannot trust your data is safe in Goodwin's multiple businesses and past HOA. Buyer beware, run as far and fast as you can from here!
