These guys are life savers! My AC went out in the middle of the day on the hottest day in August, I called them and they showed up the same evening and made my AC work better than it did before! We use a home warranty service. They sent out EMS home services which took a week for them to come out. Good luck getting them answer the phone. EMSs tech was here maybe 30 minutes and said everything was working fine. He left and the unit stop working again an hour later. I called then and after an hour of holding they told me I would have to make a new claim. I asked my warranty company to assign me a new company and they did. I contacted Cliamate mechanical and they answered immediately and told me they would be out the next morning. Alex arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. My AC is working great he explained what was wrong and was very professional. After my experience with the home warranties first company I was ready to cancel my policy. Alex has restored my confidence in a company that wants and is willing to take care of their customers. If your home warranty company wants to send anyone other Climate mechanical ask them to change it to Climate Mechanical. If you have a need for a AC repair I highly recommend them. Thank you Alex!!!!
