Felix has completed quite a few large jobs for our household (Kitchen, Master Bathroom, and Tile / Wood Floors throughout) as well as smaller job. Whatever the job is Felix and his team is very reliable and has clear communication.

Felix lead his team of professionals in a whole-house accessibility conversion. Walls were removed, pocket doors installed, an entirely new laundry room designed (complete with ducting/electrical/plumbing), closets and ramps built, main bath completely gutted and redesigned with a beautifully tiled, walk-in shower. Updated master bath, and the list goes on! As a Commercial Property Manager for the last 20 years and homeowner for 30, I am keenly aware of the long-term value of quality work. Felix is the only contractor I've ever met that is even more detailed than I. He was on time, on site and absolutely on point! In fact, his quality workmanship is the bar to which I have held all other contractors accountable that have followed! I would not hesitate to hire Felix again for any residential or commercial construction needs - He and his team are simply a sound investment.
