CAUTION MY SON WAS THERE 10 DAYS! He opened the door and ACCIDENTALLY hit another kid when he is only 2 They kicked us out the next day, it seems like they only wanted us to pay the tuition and not give my kid a chance since it was his 1st daycare. Bad communication they said he was doing Good one day and kicked him out the next. Staff is quick to rush parents off in Mornings and evenings. Be very cautious. from a worried parent.

If I could give less than a star I WOULD. My family and I just moved to the area, I transferred jobs, and we needed a place for childcare. I took a tour and fully disclosed to the director, Brier, about transition for my children and the difficulties one of my children experiences, due to being home amid a global pandemic for almost 2 years, my child exhibits a speech delay, and has trouble articulating certain emotions. On their first day, mind you not even 3 hours goes by, I get THREE PHONE CALLS within 30 minutes about my son having an accident and one incident he had on his first day. I communicated with the director how to deescalate my childs behavior about running back home to grab a change of underwear, putting my job at risk. My son was already embarrassed and acted upon it. The poor communication was what led up to the sequence of events that led to my child throwing an object, which is out of his norm. We do not have that experience at home and as a result I was DEMANDED to come pick my children up without prior notice the SAME DAY as when they started WITHOUT a proper explanation, following up with a call that the director states that this isnt going to work, I am very serious, and I have to go now. This incident was entirely inappropriately mishandled and I will be filing a report with DFPS for allowing my children to be left unattended at the door for whatever amount of time between that phone call and the 15-20 minutes it took me to commute to pick both of my kids up on their FIRST AND LAST DAY with this facility they call a DAYCARE or preparation for daycare. There is no compassion and I have never had this experience with anyplace I have ever had placed my kids with the intention that they will be kept safe.
