        I'm extremely disappointed with Bob's customer service and delivery. It's been an entire year since I paid for a door, and they have yet to deliver it. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, the company has completely ghosted me, ignoring all my attempts to contact them and resolve the issue. I strongly advise against doing business with Bob. Instead, I recommend visiting Lowe's for your door needs. They sell Therma-Tru doors at competitive prices, if not better, and you can trust that you'll actually receive your product in a timely manner. Save yourself the frustration and financial loss that I've experienced. Bob's lack of communication and failure to deliver on their promises is unacceptable. Don't make the same mistake I did choose a reliable retailer like Lowe's for your home improvement needs.

        These people have got to be the most unprofessional suppliers I have ordered from. The only reason we went directly to them was to not have to modify the jam on our front door of our new house. Robert or Bob Trapp is indeed the worst at responding. The supervisor called me finally and was still super relaxed with no empathy whatsoever. I was able to get a response from Bob via email after 3 calls and 2 voicemails. (see photo) Also, the address was incorrectly put into the order. You would THINK that after spending $2500, things would be better. Needless to say, go elsewhere!
