Elizabeth is the worst , meanest, ill- intended person I've come across and it only took me 3 minutes to realize it. Our first call, she was very dismissive , had horrible communication. I gave her the benefit of the doubt( it's Monday morning and she's probably busy) She called me MR and I corrected her both times but her response was "yeah". Bought a policy and found something better a few hours later. Emailed and she responded with OK, then never heard back. Called the agency and got the run around for about 3 hours. They told me I had to drive 3 hours to cancel in person, they would hang up, transfer to get line and get dropped. Worst experience and all this in less than 6 hours. DON'T USE THIS AGENCY!
