My wife and I moved into Camden at Brushy Creek about 6 months ago, marking our first home in Austin, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. This community is truly a hidden gem in the area, offering not just a place to live, but a welcoming and vibrant community to be a part of. The neighbors here are incredibly kind and friendly, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere that we appreciated from day one. The leasing office staff and maintenance team deserve a special shout-out for their exceptional service. They are always on top of any requests we have, ensuring the gym, pool, and other amenities are clean and well-maintained. Their efforts in keeping the community safe, clean, and neighborly do not go unnoticed. One of the things we've been most impressed with is the management and staff's dedication to community building. They recently replanted a bunch of flowers for spring in front of their office, adding a beautiful touch to the community's aesthetics. It's gestures like these that make living here feel special. We've yet to encounter any issues or challenges, which speaks volumes about the level of care and attention the community receives. The rent is perfectly priced for what you get, and considering all the benefits, it's an excellent value. For anyone looking for a place in Austin, I would wholeheartedly recommend Camden at Brushy Creek. It's not just the amenities or the cleanliness that makes it stand out, but the sense of community and the wonderful people that make it truly feel like home.
