Rachel Carbahal will help you, she goes above and beyond the call of duty. I had an eye allergy and she got me an exam and relief immediately! I was so excited she even chose a pair of glasses for me while my special prescription contacts were ordered. I usually order online but never happy !

Lady that answers phones for appointment is really rude, hung up on me before we could even finish up the conversation if you dont feel like working then DONT. I was very respectful so her tone was very uncalled for.

In 2017, I was preparing to go on a trip to China, but I was having trouble with my vision. My regular doctor of many years had no appointments available before my trip, so I went to the eye doctor at Walmart in Cedar Hill, Texas. He checked my eyes and gave me a new prescription which I filled at Walmart . When the glasses came there was no improvement in my vision. They remade the glasses. Still no improvement. Months after the trip I saw my regular doctor for my annual appointment and she informed me that I had serious cataracts that had developed in the last year. She could not believe that the Walmart eye doctor only wrote a new prescription and said nothing about the cataracts! I had the cataracts removed in 2018. I would never trust my eyes to a Walmart doctor again!
