4 Nails&Spa

Ahemwhere do I begin?! This was my 2nd visit to this establishment and my absolute last. I dont feel like making a long post so Im going to try and cut to the chase. First problem, the owner (Lee) was taking off my previous set of nails. He failed to remove the gunk completely (I guess he was just going to work over it) so I asked him if he could go back and clean off the rest. He said sure okay you want it off completely.me: uh yea. Second problem, he started working on my new set and in the process of shaping them. I pointed out 2 nails where the acrylic was stuck to my skin on the sides, and I asked him if he was finished and I pointed out the acrylic on my skin that was attached to the nail bed. He yelled at me {lol}saying because I wanted short nails its hard to do and Im being too picky.. I said in a calm voice, why are you angry? He continued yelling and then said if you dont like I take off. Literally raised his voice at me like he was paying me! Its laughable AND unfortunate that as a paying customer I was handled in this manner. His work was sloppy and I brought it to his attention and I guess he didnt appreciate that. I couldnt have been the first customer that he handled this way and prob wont be last.

I've lived in CH many years and I'm so glad that 4 Nails&Spa opened up here! Wonder services and kind staff. I highly recommend if you're in the area stop in for Treatment!!
