James was such a pleasure to work with as a realtor. This was our first time buying a home and the process is daunting to say the least. He made the process smooth and easy to handle. James is one of my very few fully trusted advisors, and having sold two of my properties through him so far, I would not dream of going anywhere else, even if they offered a significantly lower commission. His knowledge is extensive, and he's the kind of agent that would honestly tell me *not* to invest in an improvement that would not translate into a higher selling price, even though that would translate into higher commissions for him and I'd never be able to tell. Having sold several houses before I met James, I know that such an honest advisor is hard to find.
