If I could give this place a zero start I would. They started on my Wife procedure without me being present. When we arrived this morning shed realized that shed forgotten or 6 months old bottle at home. We live 25-30 minutes north of traffic. There was an accident on the way back during the morning rush hour so it took me an hour and 20 minutes to make it back. Again we have a 6 month who needed to get changed and fed. I understand we messed up this morning. But as a business they should have NEVER started on my Wife without me being there and they did. As I was on my way back my Wife starts to tell me they are pressuring her to get picked up so she called an employee because they needed the room. My Wife who just got her Wisdom teeth removed was pressure to get picked up by someone any one so THEY could have a room?!? She clearly is not fully in the right state of mind called an employee to come pick her up. I called the front desk and went off because they needed to wait till I got there. They threw it in my face that we were aware of the fact that I needed to be there the whole time. And than said who are you again? Because we dont have you listed as the driver. I told the lady of the phone dont play dumb. My Wife just got done and now you kicking her to the curb so you can get the next patient started without considering the welfare of the patient. I told her I am 10-15 minutes tops away. My Wife was only picked up 5 minutes before I got there. 5 minutes extra is all they had to wait. The office did not have a form filled out regarding the driver responsible for the patient. The office did not want to show me the paper when I went back so I could take a picture. This is absolutely negligence on their end. I will be reporting to the better business bureau.
