Chase Bank

This bank is horrible. Every other Chase bank I've been to has great customer service. The only time I go here is to withdraw money because every time I've come to this particular branch everyone just stares at you and won't ask you if you need help.

ATM is never working in this location, consistently ATMs that are out of service. Dont waste your time coming to this location

Tried to walk in to close a couple accounts. Was told I needed to go home and come back first thing early morning. It was only 1:30pm at the time. She said the traffic was too high. There were only a few people in the bank. She did not tell me I could call and have them closed. I figured it out on my own and within 30 seconds both accounts were closed. Chase Bank is dealing with incompetence, poor service, and no staff
