Legacy of Cedar Hill Apartments & Townhomes

well, since Ive been here at Legacy of Cedar Hill , I dont have no problems. Its outside people The staff inside the office. are the maintenance crew all I know is that Brenda, who I communicate with when I first got here she is doing a amazing job always smiling. She have a caring heart and she always take care of business when act if I have anybody coming in town and looking for a place to stay and live like they want to, I will recommend them to come to Legacy of Cedar Hill . Very nice respectful people. My neighbors is so cool from next-door to downstairs. We all get along real good and thats what makes a better place to live and to be happy once again I want to thank everyone inside the office for a great job Eugene Brown.

On behalf of my family who has recently moved in: from the moment we toured we were very skeptical about even visiting due to previous/old reviews. After taking a look for ourselves, things just went right and incredibly smooth. Maria helped us out through the entire move in process and made everything 100x smooth and easy for us. I will definitely recommend her if you are looking into leasing here also. We are beyond happy with our apartment, we received it sparkly clean and well maintain. Looking forward to a long term home here at Legacy at Cedar Hill. Thank you Maria!

Olger went to my home to fix some issues. He is great and knows what he is doing. He followed my instructions and did everything. He communicated and made sure I was happy with his work before he left. He installed a new faucet in the bathroom.

These apartments are absolutely awful. Please dont waste your time. Way overpriced. Not safe. Even my neighbors ran out on their lease they couldnt afford it anymore . These apartments drown you. For how awful they are. Dont get me started on towing they went through 2 different companies and your car will get towed for even being registered. Ive never had dealt with service this bad.

This place is absolutely unlivable I submitted multiple work orders that have been marked completed when this place is still rancid with mold. My 3 year old daughter and I have very bad allergies and was unable to sleep without major discomfort due to the air quality. This is not good for us at all since I also work from home and this affected me during my work hours as well. Please take a look at my account for the work orders that have all been marked as completed when they are not. There was also another work order for the AC it was marked as complete and is not when I run the AC the generator literally sounds like it is about to explode and Im sure you can ask my neighbors about because im sure it scares them as much as it scared my daughter and I. In the window is here theres mold and in the master bedroom there are leaks in the window sill when it rains I have videos of the window leaving when it rains and I have videos of the sound of the hvac system that has not been fixed. Due all of this inconvenience I have moved out last Friday. The rent needs to be prorated, for the time in April that I was there because I no longer live there due to this . Also I would like to escalate this issue to corporate due to the fact that I have been receiving a monthly pet fee charge when I already called in explaining I have an ESA dog and should not have been being charged
